Job Description:

The Operations Manager reports to the Senior Vice President. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:

Primary Responsibilities

The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage daily operational and administrative functions across multiple security contracts employing over Inter-Con employees across the Memphis facilities
• Keep the Senior Vice President apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating the status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner
• Support the Senior Vice President's operational decision-making process
• Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness across Memphis
• Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive-level consumption
• Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance and training are being met at all times.
