DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking for an Electrical Safety Operations Manager join the HSSE team for operational utility scale solar sites. This role can be based in Scottsdale, AZ or remotely within the U.S. and requires 50-75% travel.

This role does not provide VISA sponsorship.

What You Will Do

* Responsible for visiting and inspecting operational utility scale solar and battery storage project sites to ensure quality and compliance, while applying our Principle Based Management philosophy
* Oversee electrical safety protocols and compliance within the operations and maintenance teams
* Provide exceptional customer service working to become a preferred partner to our customers, subcontractors and vendors.
* Perform routine audits of compliance programs for the operational field services team and O&M facilities
* Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, particularly focusing on electrical systems.
* Assist in developing safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT)
* Facilitate the deployment of safety training and protocols for employees operating on utility-scale solar sites.
* Provide training and guidance on electrical safety standards and procedures.
* Ensure all employees are educated in and understand our safety culture and site safety expectations.
* Observe conditions at operational field job sites to identify and address potential hazards, while ensuring adherence to safety standards and requirements.
* Coordinate and execute periodic drills at O&M facilities for electric safety protocols

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Must have electrical operational experience
* Proven experience in electrical safety management or a related field.
* Working knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance operations.
* Experience in CFR 1910
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to travel up to 75% of the time between multiple jobsites across the U.S.

What Will Put You Ahead

* Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional - CESCP).
* Current OSHA 511
* NFPA70E Training
