As the Product Analyst you will use your proactive and strategic thinking skills. You will manage the technical aspects ofPersonal Lines Insuranceproduct development and contribute to the broader enterprise strategy through informed insights.You will focus on developing new or enhancedinsurance products that improve the Homeowners line of business using contract language, underwriting rules/guidelines, system/platform, automation and use of pricing/predictive analytics. You will identify potential markets, create strategic plans for market entry, manage theproduct development lifecycle, and improve insurance products to increase profitability, increase growth and improve customer experience. We ask that you have a high level of analytical skill, generating insights and creating cost benefit analysis using performance metrics, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities. After implementation, you will monitor performance, including customer and agent satisfaction and financial benefits realization.
You will report to Senior Manager, Product. Position Compensation Range: $68,000.00 - $113,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities
