Job Title Digital Revenue AccountantJob Description About The Position | Major goals and objectives and location requirements The Digital Revenue Accountant is primarily responsible for preparing journal entries and reconciling GL accounts related to revenue, such as deferred revenue, accounts receivable, unbilled revenue, revenue reserve, and other accounts assigned in accordance with accounting principles (US GAAP) as well as practices and procedures as established by DotDash Meredith. The Revenue Account will also assist FP&A in monthly revenue analysis as needed including:
The Digital Revenue Accountant will be expected to prepare reconciliations for assigned accounts timely, and in compliance with company documentation standards. This position is hybrid in our Des Moines office, with the ability to work remotely up to 2 days per week. About The Team: | The Team and/or Brand. The Digital Revenue team works closely with the Digital Finance team and reports within the Controllership organization. We are mainly located in Des Moines, IA and are a fun team. The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Experience: 2-3 years' experience in relative financial analysis and accounting. Experience at public accounting firm (preferred) Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
