The Red Cross supports a variety of cultural and community resource groups for employees and volunteers. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: As the leader of the Greater St. Louis Chapter of the American Red Cross, you will be at the forefront of creating lasting, transformative change in the communities we serve. You'll act as a dynamic ambassador, building deep relationships with key community leaders, businesses, and elected officials, while cultivating an influential Board of Directors to champion the Red Cross mission. With strategic vision and inclusive leadership, you will inspire a high-performing team of volunteers and staff to expand our reach and achieve ambitious goals in fundraising, blood collection, and mission delivery. Your visionary planning and key role on the Missouri-Arkansas Regional Leadership Team will ensure that the Red Cross remains an integral force for good, empowering communities and making a lasting impact.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
*Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
Salary for this role- $95,000-105,000 plus yearly incentive.
