Power Platform Developer

DSA's Miltech team is seeking a skilled developer to join our dynamic team. This position is HYBRID, with travel opportunities to the Pentagon, DC, Fort Belvoir VA, and Aberdeen as needed with notice. As a part of our Enterprise Services Group Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in serving a dedicated customer organization. This position requires a DOD Secret Clearance.

• Support development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions
• Engage directly with customers to define project requirements and manage expectations
• Design, build, and maintain model-driven/canvas Power Apps
• Design and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
• Transform and integrate data using Power Query and data flows
• Participate in data governance to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
• Provide analytics for optimal decision making
• Author and contribute to technical documentation and training resources

• Customer engagement experience and ability to understand customer needs
• 1-5 years of PowerApps development experience
• 1-5 years of Power Automate experience
• 1-5 years of Power BI experience with intermediate DAX knowledge
• Advanced SharePoint Online experience
• Foundational knowledge in Power Pages, Dataverse, Premium Capacities
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 tools
• Understanding of data visualization solutions and data modeling
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to complete tasks with little supervision
• COMPTIA Security CE certification preferred upon hire
• Computing Environment (CE) certification preferred upon hire

• Experience building model-driven applications in Power Apps
• Data Architecture experience
• Experience interacting with Senior Leaders or Executive level
• Understanding of Power BI Premium Workspaces
• Ability to work with ambiguous requirements
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible
