JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work at Commons Desk Operations for University Housing. CSR performs customer service responsibilities for residential students, conference and camps participants, and visitors. Duties include:
Requires the operation of various office equipment and computer systems. Work location may vary between the six Commons Desks Operations as necessary for coverage and duties. Additional Information: Typical work schedule is Tuesday - Saturday 7:30am - 4:30pm (Sunday and Monday off), with some variation for special events and summer operations. Education and Experience: Typically requires a high school diploma. . Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
