What you'll do As the Global Benefits Manager for NAMER (U.S. & Canada) as well as for TTD's Global Program, you will be responsible for partnering with key leaders across the business to provide scalable benefits to support the business and the People team. This position will be responsible for driving the overall strategy of researching, designing and managing effective, cost-efficient benefits for the U.S., Canada and for TTD's Global Programs. For the U.S. and Canada, this includes all health and welfare benefits, retirement etc. TTD's global programs include Fertility Benefits, EAP, Financial Wellness, Business Travel Medical and some time off policies for the company. You will be a key member of the Global Benefits team, ensuring an efficient, organized, and high performing team, which delivers a great service to our internal clients. You will liaison and build relationships with the benefits team, employees, managers, legal and the broader Global People Solutions team. In this role you will:

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. The base salary range for this role is
