Sr. Workday Analyst, HRIS

This role is in the Human Resources Services Function within Chamberlain Group's Human Resources group.A successful incumbent is expected to (i) provide expert knowledge in designing, implementing, maintainingand supporting Workday modules, and (ii) identify opportunities to maximize system accuracy and efficiency,and the need to complete new configurations to tenant set-up or security profiles in workday, and (iii) optimizesystem effectiveness and functional processes through program configuration.

  • Identify opportunities to maximize system accuracy and efficiency, and the need to complete new configurations to tenant set-up or security profiles in Workday

  • Optimize system effectiveness and functional processes through program configuration

  • Anticipate and provide the data reporting needs from business partners

  • Review system usage metrics and identify, investigate and resolve potential issues

  • Resolve tier two escalations for Workday and Kronos including but not limited to researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or errors, and process flaws.

  • Complete knowledge transfer to end-users to ensure system adoption and participate in the development of training materials for HR staff

  • Partner with HR CoEs to translate end user needs into system requirements as the Workday subject matter expert

  • Integrate solutions with enterprise information systems standards

  • Provide technical support for new HR system implementation

  • Has strong vendor management skills developing working relationship with all HRIS vendors. Directly partners with them to problem solve any system issues, recommended solutions and testing.

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience with Workday (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent) required
