Since 1995 we've been connecting hospitals and physicians to take care of patients. We are seeking a motivated Technical Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting and managing telehealth hardware and software, assisting with troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to projects that enhance our operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the deployment, configuration, and management of telehealth hardware and software for clinicians. Provide first-level support for technical issues related to our online client portal, credentialing application, and in-house mobile app. Collaborate with the team to monitor and resolve support tickets in Salesforce. Participate in hardware testing, maintenance, and inventory management. Document technical processes and create user guides for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to ongoing projects to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking concepts. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Skills (not required): Familiarity with Salesforce or other ticketing systems.
