Due to growth, we have an immediate opening for a self-driven Sales Project Manager to join our Suppression Team based in Butler, WI. About The Role This is a dynamic opportunity to work with our Suppression Team in a project management capacity. This role requires one to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate their ability to balance the needs of customers and local authorities to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Project Manager, Suppression, works closely with the suppression and design teams from project kickoff to completion while successfully managing project change orders to ensure efficient, timely, quality service and inspections for our customers. Company of choice in Fire Prevention and Protection Diverse fire protection solution projects in Milwaukee and surrounding areas Advancement and training opportunities, educational assistance, and work-life balance Establish your career with a growing local company Responsibilities: Generate, cultivate, and acquire sales and new leads while maintaining current customer accounts Provide detailed estimates and manage new contracts Create, maintain, and manage budgets for multiple fire protection projects and execute contract change orders Proactively build relationships and communicate with owners, architects, general and sub-contractors, engineers, and designers throughout the construction process Lead, plan, schedule, and coordinate the timely execution of installations, upgrades, and modifications of fire protection systems Responsible for the design and submittal of drawings to authorities having jurisdiction Provide electrical and fire alarm-related technical support to the suppression department technicians and field team Completion and certification of NICET III - Special Hazards within one year of start date Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree (or equivalent work experience) 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry Experience with estimating, creating, and managing budgets for multiple projects is required Strong knowledge of NFPA building codes Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software Sprinkler design background is a plus but not required; AutoCAD, NICET, AutoSprink by MEPCAD Valid and in good standing driver's license Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Our Total Rewards Offering: Blair Fire Protection offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and retirement benefits, paid vacation, and holidays, coupled with a challenging and team-oriented work environment to help you succeed in your career.
