We are looking for a Managing Director in Aerospace & Defense to enhance our Industrial M&A and Corporate & Investment banking teams. Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions GENERAL FUNCTION: Senior leadership role leading teams working to source and execute M&A advisory assignments leveraging deep industry expertise, proven transaction execution skills and strong business development acumen. Develop relationships with senior executives both inside the bank and at our clients and prospects. Lead and participate in pitching, managing, and closing complex advisory transactions. Collaborate with Corporate & Investment Banking and Capital Markets partners along with other parts of the bank to provide differentiated solutions to our clients and prospects. Provide input on the strategic direction of the group as well as professional development of the team. Key leadership qualities to support the success of IB and the bank's investment banking strategy. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
